No Refund Policy
All payments made to HOADesk are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, whether in full or in part.
Free Trial
HOADesk offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. We strongly encourage all prospective customers to evaluate the platform fully during the trial period before subscribing. The free trial exists specifically so you can make an informed decision before any payment is made.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access to HOADesk will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our part. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.
