1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HOADesk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

HOADesk is a SaaS platform that provides HOA management tools including maintenance tracking, resident communication, document storage, and community polling. The service is provided by SPRINT TEX LLC.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each HOA account may only represent one community.

4. Subscription & Billing

• HOADesk is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
• A 7-day free trial is available to new accounts. No credit card is required to begin the trial.
• After the trial period, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HOADesk to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another HOA's data.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into HOADesk. By using the platform, you grant SPRINT TEX LLC a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of HOADesk but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, which may result in temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPRINT TEX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of HOADesk. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of HOADesk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
